Mungkin Berbohong adalah seseuatu yang sudah menjadi kebiasaan dalam masyarakat kita di masa-masa kini.Memang banyak faktor yang menjadikan seseorang bisa dengan mudah berbohong,bisa karena kebiasaan atau juga sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah dilakukan.Namun begitu apapun alasannya yang namanya berbohong itu dosa dan sangat merugikan bagi orang lain.Nah oleh karena itu mulai sekarang belajarlah jujur dan meminimalisir suatu bentuk kebohongan karena dengan cara seperti itu setidaknya bisa membiasakan diri kita untuk berperilaku yang lebih baik.Nah berikut ini adalah beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengetahui seseorang berbohong atau




tidak.

1. Liat tangan orang yang dicurigai bohong, orang yang sedang berbohong umumnya terlalu banyak atau terlalu sering memegang atau menyentuh bagian wajah: jidat, gosok-gosok hidung, garuk-garuk kuping.
2. Liat matanya, orang yang berbohong umumnya lebih banyak berkedip, dan tidak lama mempertahankan kontak mata.
3. Senyumnya menyeringai, senyum menyeringai hanya melibatkan lebih sedikit otot wajah dibanding senyum tulus.
4. Gaya bicara berubah, biasanya orang lebih banyak memakai kata “dia” atau “ia”, tapi biar lebih menyakinkan, orang yang sedang berbohong lebih sering menyebut nama. Dia juga menekankan beberapa kata, misalnya: orang yang berbohong cenderung untuk berkata “Jujur, aku tidak melakukannya” padahal biasanya bilah “ih ga tuh”.
5. Postur tubuh lebih defensif, dengan kedua tangan lebih mendekat ke dada, seolah menutupi sesuatu.
6. Setelah orang yang dicurigai berbohong menjawab pertanyaan kita, sisipkanlah jeda. Amati dia. Keheningan macam ini membuat orang yang sedang berbohong gelisah.
7. Ganti topik. Ganti topik pembicaraan ke arah lain… orang yang sedang berbohong cenderung merasa lega karena topik pembicaraan telah berganti. Ini terlihat di wajahnya.
